Three Mini Bruchetta - garlic mushroom; roast sweet peppers & capers; caramelised shallots & goat's cheese
King Prawn Pil Pil - peeled and cooked in chili, garlic and dill, served with Rgayef bread
Moroccan Chicken Skewers - marinated in aromatic spices & herbs, served with a sweet chili sauce
Lamb Kofte - minced lamb & herbs served with a Harissa sauce and Tzatziki

Vegetable Couscous - butternut squash, aubergines, courgettes & chickpeas & in a sweet harissa sauce, served on a bed of couscous topped with caramelised onions & sultanas

Moroccan Salmon Charmoula - salmon fillet cooked in a lemony charmoula sauce with herbed tabouleh salad
